Not the best weekend

Hi everyone,
This is a weekend I would like to forget. We had a really strong start on the Friday, being consistent and going faster each time. Unluckily in qualifying, it caught me and my team out, so we only managed to get out late. Due to being late out, I was having to learn the bike in the wet as well as qualify at the same time. It didn't put us in an ideal situation. I got spat off on the outlap and didn't manage to qualify to race for the weekend.
Luckily, they let me on to the grid for Sunday's race, thanks to Stuart Higgs. I had to start at the back of the grid in 40th position. So I decided to treat this race more of a track day to be prepared for Brands Hatch in a fortnight. Some how, I made it up to 20th position in the first two laps and as I entered Red Gate (Turn 1), I had break fade right to the bar and had no choice to run on and put it down in the gravel. I worked hard with the team afterwards and Lee Hardy (Team Manager), who seemed to find the solution to the problem.
I'd like to say a massive sorry to my team, sponsors, Jono Leach and my supports for such a disaster of a weekend. But a massive thank you to Lee, my mechanics, James and Ian for still believing in me and seeing all the positives in the weekend. This is what will makes us stronger in racers to come and manage to move forward from this weekend.
I never give up, no matter what challenges I am faced with. I get up and I try again and again no matter how many times I get knocked down. I will be already working hard for Brands and fingers crossed our season starts there.
